The following is the Obituary for  Delaware State Fire School Director Biff Newnam's Father
 
He was born August 10, 1933 in Dover, DE, the son of the late Olan and Mary Moore Bamberger.
He was a veteran of the Korean War, a community, civic, and church leader. He will be missed.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Jacqueline Potter Bamberger; a son Robert Newnam and wife Pauline, of Smyrna; a daughter, Tracey Stoebe and husband Jim, of Atlanta GA; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Nancy Keiser, of Tampa, FL.
A Graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday February 23 at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Rt. 13, Smyrna.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Asbury United Methodist Church, PO Box 330, Smyrna, DE 19977.
Arrangements are by Matthews-Bryson Funeral Home, Smyrna.
