The Wilmington Fire Department has finalized memorial services for Senior Firefighter Ardythe Hope, who died from injuries suffered battling a blaze that was intentionally set.
A public viewing will take place from 10 a.m. to noon on Dec. 10 at the Chase Center on the Riverfront, located at 815 Justison Street in Wilmington.
A full firefighter funeral will commence at 1 p.m.
The family will have a reception at the Chase Center immediately following the service.
Hope was one of three firefighters killed in the blaze.
She suffered her fatal injuries trying to rescue Lt. Jerry Fickes and Capt. Christopher Leach.
The woman accused of setting the fire will soon be facing a 3rd first-degree murder charge.
