He is survived by: his children, Joseph Locke (Debra) and Michele McColligan (Tom); his granddaughters, Katie (Scott), Jennifer and Kimberly (James); and his great grandchildren, Emma, Avery and Teagan.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Fatima Church (1 Fatima Dr, Secane, PA 19018). A Mass will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
